Delivery to Alternative Addresses
If for some valid reason you cannot have the goods delivered to the address your card is registered to, we can arrange to have the goods delivered to an alternative address, such as your place of work, your parents or an immediate neighbour.
Under no circumstances will we ship goods out of the country or to what are obviously destinations which are many miles from the card holders address.
We can deliver to an alternative address. But we will make sure that the address is valid. We have security measures in place amongst which are Address verification and IP tag tracking Electoral Roll Checking etc. These are for YOUR protection against credit card fraud.
To arrange for goods to be sent to an alternative address. Complete the checkout process as usual. Then call or email us with the alternative address. We will require the Full name of the person / business we are sending the item/s to, Relationship to you {if any}, Full address and post code, Full land line telephone number. We will then send an email back to you confirming the alteration.
We will check to make sure the address is valid if all checks out we will send the goods to the alternative address. If we are suspicious in any way of the details given we will cancel the transaction.
It may seem like an inconvenience but to be honest it’s not really, is it? if it helps to stamp out credit card fraud.
